One of the more interesting departures from government (and indeed the Commons itself) was former MP for Cheltenham Alex Chalk. 

Chalk, in his former role as Justice secretary, left behind one of the biggest infrastructural problems that the United Kingdom had as it began with a new government under Labour: the collapsing justice system, and prisons and probationary service.
