Apparently the Conservatives just need 'Rishi to be Rishi' - that'll solve it

An approach that is being adopted by Downing St. Insiders towards Rishi Sunak's comms strategy is that they intend for 'Rishi to be Rishi'.

There are several problems with Sunak being left untethered and allowed to be himself, however:

The main one - in this page's humble analysis - is that I've come to the very stark conclusion that Rishi Sunak doesn't seem to 'actually' exist, and nobody - not even the Prime Minister himself - knows who Rishi Sunak is.

In Sunak’s inaugural speech in October 2022, one of his key phrases was:

“This government will have integrity, professionalism and accountability at every level. Trust is earned. And I will earn yours.”

It’s a key point because it provides a rosetta stone in understanding what I mean by the existential quandary of Sunak’s personality.

From Sunak’s Net Zero speech alone, you can deduce that there are several different modes to Sunak, and that each - almost like a choose-your-own-adventure novel - charts a different path that ultimately leads to one conclusion: a perception among the majority of people which says, ‘we don’t trust you.’

This is odd because - obviously - Sunak set out to earn our trust.
